A.) In order to be considered for an award, an application is required. Students shall apply through Online FNU portal for Application for Graduation. Students will need to Register an account that will allow students to login and submit an application.
B.) A new application is to be filled for each programme.
C.) If upon application, graduation has been denied in the past, a NEW APPLICATION has to be filled for an upcoming ceremony.
D.) All the requirements for completion must be met before application. The following will affect clearance for graduation:
1. Programme Issues
- Unresolved Results
- Cross Credit Issues
- Programme Structure not met
- Internship/Workbook Requirements
2. Financial Holds
- Tuition Fees
- Halls of Residence
- Library Fines
- Any other dues
3. Disciplinary Holds
E.) Students should seek written advise from the College Dean, Finance Office or the Office of the Registrar for any unresolved issues.
F.) A maximum of two applications can be submitted by a student.
G.) Falsifying Records is a criminal offence.
